Frequently Asked Questions

How do I sign up?

Download the app, tap "Sign Up", and fill in your personal details (email, name, Civil ID, phone). Your account will be in "Pending" status until HR completes your employment profile and the HR Manager approves it.

My account is still pending — what should I do?

Your account needs to be completed by HR. Contact your HR department or branch manager and let them know you've signed up. They will fill in your employment details (branch, shift, salary) and submit for approval.

How do I check in?

Open the app, go to the Attendance tab, select your transport method (Company Car, Personal Car, Public Transport, Walking, or Other), then tap "Check In". The app will record your GPS location and time. Check out when your shift ends.

What if GPS doesn't work?

You can still check in without GPS. The app will record your check-in with a note that GPS was unavailable. Make sure Location Services are enabled in your phone settings for more accurate tracking.

How do I request leave?

Go to Dashboard, tap "Request Leave", select the leave type (Annual, Sick, or Unpaid), pick your dates using the calendar, enter a reason, and submit. For sick leave, you can upload a photo of your medical certificate. Your request will go to the HR Manager for approval.

Where can I see my schedule?

Tap "My Schedule" from the Dashboard quick actions. You'll see your shift assignments for the current and next month. Your shift name, start time, end time, and days off are all shown.

It's my day off but the app says I can check in?

If the schedule shows it's your day off, the app should show "Day Off" instead of the check-in button. If you're seeing a check-in button on your off day, contact HR to verify your schedule is up to date.

How is overtime calculated?

Overtime pay is calculated based on your salary and the company's overtime policy. The formula uses your hourly rate (salary basis / working days / hours per day) multiplied by the overtime hours and a multiplier (1.25x for normal, 1.5x for weekly off, 2x for holidays).

I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

Currently, password resets are handled by HR. Contact your HR department and they will help you reset your password.

The app is showing an error — what should I do?

Try these steps: 1) Close and reopen the app, 2) Check your internet connection, 3) Log out and log back in. If the issue persists, take a screenshot of the error and send it to support via email or WhatsApp.
